PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit ($175) is required to begin the Social Media Business Launch Package. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final account handoff/training.
Full payment is also recommened.
If the service is purchased and paid in full through the LSK website, no additional deposit is required.
CLIENT INFORMATION & ACCESS
The client is responsible for providing all requested information needed to complete the project, including:
- Business name and contact information
- Logo and existing branding, if applicable
- Business colors
- Business description
- Services/products offered
- Website, booking, consultation, or ordering links
- Photos or other requested content
- Appropriate Facebook/Instagram/Meta account access
Lady Shay Kreations will not request your personal Facebook or Instagram password. Appropriate business access/permissions should be provided whenever possible.
BRANDING & LOGO DESIGN
This package includes the placement and use of the client's existing logo and branding.
Logo creation, complete brand identity development, professional photography, and extensive branding services are not included and may be purchased separately.
DESIGN REVISIONS
The custom Facebook cover and included social media graphics include up to 2 reasonable revisions.
Additional revisions, major redesign requests, or changes requested after approval may require an additional design fee.
TURNAROUND
Standard turnaround is approximately 5–7 business days.
Turnaround begins after the required deposit/payment, business information, branding materials, and necessary account access have been received.
Client delays in providing information, approvals, or access may extend the completion date.
3 BRANDED LAUNCH POSTS
The package includes three custom social media launch graphics and captions designed to help introduce the business, highlight services/products, and encourage customers to take action.
Additional posts, Reels, videos, or content are available for an additional fee.
MONTHLY CONTENT SERVICES
Optional monthly content packages are billed separately from the $350 Business Launch Package.
Monthly content services include the agreed number of custom branded graphics, captions, and Facebook/Instagram scheduling.
They do not include daily account management, responding to comments or DMs, community engagement, customer service, follower management, paid advertising, ad management, photography, videography, or advanced video/Reel production unless specifically purchased.
META/FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM
Lady Shay Kreations is an independent business and is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
LSK cannot guarantee account approval, verification, follower growth, engagement levels, leads, sales, reach, or specific social media results.
LSK is also not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, policy changes, account restrictions, suspensions, or other actions taken by Meta or its platforms.
ADVANCED TECHNICAL ISSUES
The package includes basic Meta Business Suite setup and account connection.
Account recovery, hacked accounts, disabled/restricted accounts, duplicate business pages, ownership disputes, verification problems, advertising account issues, or extensive technical troubleshooting are not included and may require an additional fee.
The client will be notified before any additional paid work is performed.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because this is a customized digital service, the initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
Completed design work, setup services, digital content, and monthly content services are non-refundable.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client is responsible for reviewing all business information, spelling, phone numbers, links, service information, and other content for accuracy before final approval.
After completion, the client is responsible for maintaining account security, passwords, permissions, content, and compliance with Facebook and Instagram policies.
