Payment: Full payment is required before work begins when purchased through the LSK website.
Client Access: Client must provide all requested business information, branding materials, links, and the appropriate administrative/partner access needed to complete the service. LSK will never request your personal Facebook password.
Turnaround: Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days and begins once payment, required information, branding materials, and account access have been received. Delays in receiving information or access may extend the completion date.
Scope of Service: This package covers standard setup, review, branding, linking, and optimization of existing business social media accounts. It does not include ongoing posting, daily account management, responding to comments or messages, follower growth guarantees, paid advertising, ad management, or ongoing engagement unless purchased separately.
Technical Issues: Advanced Meta/Facebook troubleshooting is not included in the standard package. Duplicate pages, ownership disputes, lost account access, disabled or restricted accounts, hacked accounts, Business Portfolio issues, advertising account problems, verification issues, or other extensive technical problems may require an additional fee. The client will be notified before additional paid work is performed.
Designs: Custom Facebook cover designs and other included branded graphics are based on the branding and information supplied by the client. The package includes up to 2 reasonable revisions to the custom cover design. Additional revisions or redesigns may incur an additional design fee.
Third-Party Platforms: Lady Shay Kreations is not affiliated with or employed by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. We cannot guarantee approval, verification, account recovery, restoration of restricted accounts, platform availability, follower growth, engagement, leads, or sales. Platform features and policies may change at any time.
Refunds: Due to the digital and service-based nature of this package, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If LSK determines before work begins that the requested service cannot be completed, the client will be contacted regarding available options.
Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for reviewing all business information for accuracy and maintaining their accounts, passwords, permissions, content, and platform compliance after the service is completed.
