Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed in the order they are received.

Standard Processing: 3–7 business days before shipping, delivery, or pickup.

Rush Orders: Available upon request for an additional fee. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Worldwide Shipping: Flat rate of $45, shipping times vary by destination.
Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, Lady Shay Kreations is not responsible for postal delays, lost, or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Local Delivery – $35

We offer local delivery for customers located within the greater Houston area for a flat fee of $35.
Delivery appointments will be coordinated once your order is complete. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
